Contact Permit Prep
We're a small team. We read every email and respond to most within a few business days.
Best ways to reach us
For content corrections — for example, a question that conflicts with the latest version of your state's driver handbook — write us at corrections@permitprep.example with the page URL and the section of the handbook you're referencing. These are our highest priority because incorrect study material can hurt your test result.
For accessibility issues — for example, a screen reader problem, a keyboard navigation bug, or trouble reading text on a particular device — write us at access@permitprep.example with details about your setup. We treat these as bug reports and patch them as fast as we can.
For partnership inquiries — for example, a high school driver education program that wants to link to specific state pages — write us at partners@permitprep.example. We're happy to discuss content licensing, co-branded resource pages, and bulk study packets.
What we can't help with
We can't issue permits, schedule DMV appointments, replace lost permits, or look up the status of your application. Those are state DMV functions and only your state's DMV can handle them. The phone numbers and websites for each state DMV are listed in the relevant chapters of your state's driver handbook.
We also can't grade your practice attempts or tell you whether you're "ready" for the real exam. Use the topic drills, study the handbook, and trust your own preparation.
